The Pollinator Kit Purchased
Finding certified native plants can be difficult. I found this website and bought one of the kits. I received 10 species - 5 plugs each. Here is what I received and where I tried to plant them. They came in October 2022, and I needed to get them in the ground and didn't quite know what to do with them. So, I planted them close up to the house and will try moving them about as they flourish.
Little Bluestem - 2022
You can see the kit in the background. Planted these plugs around the mailbox. I am hoping to have the whole front filled with this so I can stop mowing this inclined place.
Spring 2023
I think it died. I will have to find some more because I really wanted this to grow on this hill area by the road.

It lived! I left them alone, and after seeming dead, I checked up on it and Look! ---->
Everything Else - 2022
I did not know where to plant, so I just got these guys into the ground and will come up with a better plan later.

The garden 6.18.23 - Looking so much more filled in!
9.22.23
Going into fall. The plants did look much nicer in the height of August but I missed a photo opp. All of the plants are filling in quite nicely and I have hope for next spring. I need to weed and put down some more mulch.
